Ingrediente necesare :
- 300g zahar
- 3 linguri faina alba
- 2 linguri amidon
- 4 1/2 linguri cacao
- 1 l lapte
- 1 plic zahar vanilinat
- 75g unt
- Biscuiti simpli 300g
- 120 g frisca lichida

Pasul 1. Intr-o oala antiaderenta amestecam cu un tel zaharul, faina, amidonul si 3 linguri cu cacaoa.

Pasul 2. Adaugam laptele, treptat, si amestecam continuu cu telul pentru a nu ramane cocoloase.

Pasul 3. Punem oala pe foc si amestecam.
Pasul 4. Adaugam in crema zaharul vanilinat si untul la temperatura camerei si amestecam in continuare pana se ingroasa crema.

Pasul 5. Luam oala de pe foc si lasam crema la racit.
Pasul 6. Pe un tocator sau intr-un vas, asamblam tortul.
Pasul 7. Trecem fiecare biscuite prin lapte si punem crema.

Pasul 8. Repetam pasul 7, lipind intre ei biscuitii cu crema.

Pasul 9. In crema ramasa, adaugam frisca lichida si o lingura jumatate de cacao si mixam pentru a incorpora.
Pasul 10. Acoperim tortul pe toate partile cu crema.
