Ingrediente:
- 1,2kg de cartofi
- 10 oua
- 200 g mozarella
- 200 g cascaval
- 200 g carnati crud afumati
- 400 g smantana
- 150 ml lapte
- Sare si Piper
Va invitam sa urmariti mai jos reteta video de cartofi frantuzesti cu carnati la cuptor :
Mod de preparare. Pasul 1. Se fierb cartofii in coaja.
Pasul 2. Se fierb 8 oua tari.
Pasul 3. Se taie felii cartofii ca in imaginea de mai jos.

Taiem apoi felii cele 8 oua fierte, mozarella si carnatii.

Pasul 4. Se da prin razatoare cascavalul.
Pasul 5. Se pune smantana intr-un bol impreuna cu laptele si 2 oua crude, se condimenteaza cu sare si piper si se amesteca bine cu un tel.

Pasul 6. Intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei se pun la prajit carnatii si se lasa pana se rumenesc, amestecand din cand in cand, pentru a se praji pe ambele parti.

Pasul 7. Intr-un vas yena se aseaza: un strat de cartofi, un strat de mozarella, un strat de oua si un strat de carnati.

Pasul 9. Se toarna amestecul de smantana pregatit la pasul 5.

Pasul 10. Se da tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade pentru 50 de minute.

Pasul 11. Se scoate tava si se portioneaza. Puteti adauga deasupra putina smantana si patrunjel verde.
