Ingrediente:
- 1 lingura de ulei de masline
- 1 ceapa rosie medie
- sare
- piper
- 6 ouă
- O mână de pătrunjel proaspăt
- 100 g de mozzarella
- 1 lingura de parmezan
- 1 lingurita boia dulce
- salam(15-16 felii)

Pasul 1: Intr-o tigaie se incinge uleiul si se adauga ceapa taiata rondele. Se asezoneaza cu sare si piper si se caleste la foc mediu, pana se inmoaie.
Pasul 2: Se adauga ouale, nebatute si se lasa la foc mic.
Pasul 3: Se adauga patrunjelul, mozzarella, parmezanul si se asezoneaza cu sweet paprika.
Pasul 4: Se amesteca usor toate ingredientele pana sunt incorporate, apoi se aseaza salamul.
Pasul 5: Se acopera tigaia cu un capac si se lasa omleta pe foc mic aproximativ 10 minute.
Pasul 6: Se serveste calda, pe felii de paine prajita. Va dorim pofta buna si spor la gatit aceasta delicioasa omleta!
