Ingrediente :
- 1 ceapa alba
- 1 ardei iute
- 2-3 catei usturoi
- 1 legatura patrunjel verde
- Ulei vegetal
- Sare Piper
- 250 g rosii cuburi din conserva
- 100ml apa fierbinte
- 550g fasole alba prefiarta(conserva)
- 2 foi dafin
- 1 baton scortisoara
- 200ml apa calda
- 1 legatura marar

Pasul 1. Ceapa se taie solzi .

Pasul 2. Ardeiul se curata de seminte si se taie felii subtiri .

Pasul 3. Taiati usturoiul marunt .
Pasul 4. Patrunjelul verde se toaca .

Pasul 5. Intr- o tigaie( mai adanca) se pune putin ulei vegetal .
Pasul 6. Se adauga in tigaie: ceapa, ardeiul si usturoiul si se calesc 1-2 minute .

Pasul 7. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper dupa gust .

Pasul 8. Adaugati rosiile cuburi si amestecati .

Pasul 9. Acoperiti cu 100 ml apa fierbinte si lasati sa fiarba pentru 5-10 minute .

Pasul 10. Intr-un vas termorezistent ( cu dimensiunea 30x20cm), puneti fasolea prefiarta .

Pasul 11. Adaugati amestecul de legume deja pregatit .
Pasul 12. Puneti 2 foi de dafin si 1 baton de scortisoara .

Pasul 13. Presarati patrunjelul tocat si amestecati ingredientele .
Pasul 14. Nivelati in tava si adaugati 200 ml apa calda .

Pasul 15. Dati vasul la cuptor pentru o ora la 180 de grade .

Pasul 16. Cand fasolea este scazuta, scoateti din cuptor si presarati marar tocat .

Pasul 17. Pofta buna si spor la gatit reteta de fasole scazuta cu scortisoara! Va recomandam sa o serviti cu mamaliga rece si o salata de castraveti murati de vara.
