Ingrediente :
- 2cepe albe
- 1 morcov
- 500g ciuperci
- 500g cartofi
- Ulei vegetal
- Sare Piper
- 100ml apa
- 3 linguri bulion
- 1 legatura patrunjel verde
- Ulei de masline
- 2 Rosii
- Busuioc
Va invitam sa urmariti mai jos reteta video de musaca de ciuperci cu cartofi la cuptor :
Pasul 1. Puneti cartofii la fiert in coaja in apa cu sare .
Pasul 2. Taiati ceapa solzi .
Pasul 3. Taiati morcovul cuburi .
Pasul 4. Feliati ciupercile dupa preferinte .
Pasul 5. Curatati cartofii si taiati-i felii potrivit de groase .
Pasul 6. Intr- o tigaie puneti o lingura de ulei vegetal .
Pasul 7. Adaugati ceapa si morcovul .

Pasul 8. Condimentati cu sare si piper si amestecati .

Pasul 9. Adaugati ciupercile, amestecati si acoperiti tigaia cu un capac .

Pasul 10. Lasati sa se caleasca pentru 5 minute la foc mediu .

Pasul 11. Adaugati 100 ml de apa si acoperiti din nou tigaia, lasand-o la foc mediu pentru 5 minute .
Pasul 12. Adaugati 3 linguri de bulion si amestecati .

Pasul 13. Acoperiti cu un capac si lasati pe foc pana scade apa .
