Ingrediente :
- 350g faina alba
- 1 ou
- 10g zahar
- 175g unt
- 15 g drojdie proaspata
- 125 ml lapte
- 5g sare
- 3 cepe verzi
- 3 catei usturoi
- 150 g branza cheddar
Va invitam sa urmariti mai jos reteta video de rulada cu branza cheddar:
Pasul 1. Se pune faina intr-un bol .
Pasul 2. Se adauga oul si zaharul .

Pasul 3. Intr-un recipient se dizolva drojdia intr-o cantitate de 125 ml lapte caldut .

Pasul 4. Se adauga drojdia dizolvata (pasul3) peste faina .

Pasul 5. Se adauga 25 g de unt si un praf de sare si se framanta aluatul pana ce devine omogen si nelipicios .

Pasul 6. Se acopera si se lasa la dospit pentru 30 de munute .

Pasul 7. Se taie cepele ca in imaginea de mai jos.

Pasul 8. Se taie usturoiul ( pentru un plus de gust va recomandam sa zdrobiti usor usturoiul cu lama cutitului).

Pasul 9. Se amesteca 125 g de unt cu ceapa si usturoiul astfel incat sa devina ca o pasta .

Pasul 10. Se condimenteaza cu sare dupa gust .
Pasul 11. Se da prin razatoare branza .

Pasul 12. Se presoara cu faina blatul de lucru si se aseaza aluatul .

Pasul 13. Se intinde aluatul intr-o foaie care se unge cu amestecul de unt (pasul 9). Se va mai opri o cantitate mica din amestecul de unt pentru a fi folosit la pasul 18 .

Pasul 14. Se presoara branza pe toata suprafata foii de aluat .

Pasul 15. Se ruleaza foaia de aluat .

Pasul 16. Se taie aluatul in bucati egale (aproximativ 8-9 bucati) .

Pasul 17. Se unge o tava cu ulei (sau unt) si se aseaza bucatile de aluat .

Pasul 18. Se ung bucatile de aluat cu amestecul de unt.

Pasul 19. Se lasa la crescut in tava pentru aproximativ 15 minute .

Pasul 20. Se dau la cuptor la o temperatura de 180 de grade pentru 20 de minute .

Pasul 21. Va dorim pofta buna si spor la gatit rulada cu branza cheddar ce poate fi servita in loc de paine sau ca si gustare.
