Ingrediente :
- 3 bucati piept de pui
- 1 ceapa
- 1 ardei iute
- 30 g ketchup
- 20 g maioneza
- 1 lingura sos balsamic
- 5 cartofi
- Sare Piper
- 100 g mozarella
- Ulei vegetal
- 1 catel de usturoi
- 30 ml sos tomate
- 1 legatura patrunjel verde
Va invitam sa urmariti mai jos reteta video de piept de pui picant cu cartfi la cuptor :
Pasul 1. Se pun cartofii la fiert in coaja.
Pasul 2. Se taie carnea de pui in cuburi ca in imaginea de mai jos.

Pasul 3. Se pune carnea de pui intr- un bol si se adauga ketchup-ul, maioneza si sosul balsamic. ( se poate inlocui sosul format din ketchup, maioneza si sos balsamic cu un sos barbeque).

Pasul 4. Se acopera bolul cu folie alimentara si se lasa la macerat pana se pregatesc cartofii .
Pasul 5. Se curata cartofii si se zdrobesc grosier .
Pasul 6. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper.

Pasul 7. Se adauga peste cartofii zdrobiti 50 g mozarella rasa si se amesteca.

Pasul 8. Se taie ceapa solzi .
Pasul 9. Se taie ardeiul iute felii .
Pasul 10. Se piseaza 1 catel de usturoi.

Pasul 11. Intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei se pune la prajit carnea impreuna cu ceapa, usturoiul pisat, ardeiul iute si se condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare si piper .

Pasul 12. Se lasa la prajit pana se rumenesc bucatile de carne .

Pasul 13. Intr-un vas yena sau ceramic se aseaza cartofii preaparati conform pasului 7 si se niveleaza intr-un strat uniform .

Pasul 14. Deasupra cartofilor se aseaza carnea.

Pasul 15. Se prepara un amestec din sos de tomate si apa si se toarna peste carne .

Pasul 16. Se presara deasupra 50 g de mozarella rasa .

Pasul 17. Se da vasul la cuptor pentru 20 de minute la 180 de grade .

Pasul 18. Se scoate din cuptor si se presara pentru un plus de gust patrunjel verde tocat .

Pasul 19. Pofta buna si spor la gatit reteta de piept de pui picant cu cartofi la cuptor. Se poate servi cu o salata de sezon fiind excelent ca fel principal.
