Ingrediente (4 portii):
- Ghimbir 20 g
- Lime 2 buc
- Sos de soia 5 linguri
- Piept de curcan 500 g
- Ulei 4 linguri
- Sare si piper
- Castravete 1 buc
- Salata verde 1 buc
- Germeni de soia sau grau/ridichie/amestec 100 g
Mod de preparare:
Pasul 1. Decojiti ghimbirul si taiati-l cubulete. Amestecati intr-un castron sucul si coaja rasa de lime cu sosul de soia.

Pasul 2. Spalati carnea si stergeti-o cu un prosop de bucatarie. Taiati carnea fasii.

Pasul 3. Prajiti carnea in 2 linguri de ulei incins circa 5 minute amestecand cu o spatula de lemn pana se rumeneste pe toate partile. Condimentati carnea cu sare si piper dupa gust. Adaugati ghimbirul si prajiti putin impreuna.

Pasul 4. Adaugati amestecul de suc de lime si dati in clocot. Turnati totul intr un castron si se lasa sa se raceasca.

Pasul 5. Spalati castravetele, decojiti-l si se taiati-l felii subtiri. Curatati salata verde, spalati-o bine sub jet de apa si rupeti-o in bucati potrivite.

Pasul 6. Puneti salata si castravetele peste carne. Adaugati doua linguri de ulei, germenii spalati si amestecati. Potriviti cu sare si piper dupa gust.

Pasul 7. Va dorim pofta buna si spor la gatit reteta de salata cu piept de curcan.
