Ingrediente:
- Spanac 300 g
- Somon o bucata file
- Capere 2 linguri
- Porumb murat 200 g
- Mustar dulce 75 g
- Miez de nuca 100 g
- Miere 2 linguri
- Apa 50 ml
- Ulei de masline 2 linguri
- Suc de lamaie 2 linguri
- Sare
- Piper
Mod de preparare:
Pasul 1. Spalati fileul de somon, scurgeti-l de apa, asezati-l pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, stropiti-l cu putin ulei si condimentati-l cu sare si piper. Dati-l la cuptor la 160 de grade 35 de minute pana capata o culoare roz. Scoateti-l pe un platou si lasati-l sa se raceasca.

Pasul 2. Taiati fileul de somon bucatele ca in imaginea de mai jos.

Pasul 3. Intr-un bol puneti mustarul, mierea, apa, uleiul de masline, sucul de lamaie si adaugati sare si piper dupa gust. Amestecati pana capata consistenta unui sos.

Pasul 4. Taiati nuca marunt.

Pasul 5. Spalati si curatati spanacul. Stropiti-l cu putin ulei de masline. Adaugati peste spanac miezul de nuca tocat, caperele, porumbul, sare si piper.

Pasul 6. La sfarsit adaugati bucatelele de somon.

Pasul 7 . Amestecati, asezati salata pe o farfurie si turnati sosul pe deasupra.

Pasul 8. Va dorim pofta buna si spor la gatit reteta de salata cu spanac si somon.
