Ingrediente:
- Piscoturi 200 g
- Frisca lichida cu zahar si vanilie minim 30% grasime 400 g
- Branza cremoasa de vaci 400 g
- Zahar pudra 2 linguri
- Cafea concentrata o cana (400 ml)
- Lichior de cafea 3 linguri
- Piersici din compot un borcan (750 g)
- Intaritor frisca 1 buc
Mod de preparare:
Pasul 1. Bateti frisca si adaugati intaritorul de frisca.

Pasul 2. Amestecati branza de vaci cu frisca si cu zaharul pudra.

Pasul 3. Caisele se taie felii. Cafeaua se amesteca cu lichiorul. Puneti o lingura de crema pe fundul cupelor cu picior.

Pasul 4. Asezati cateva felii de caise.

Pasul 5. Apoi asezati 3 piscoturi inmuiate in cafea.

Pasul 6. Adaugati iar un strat de crema, felii de caise si piscoturi inmuiate in cafea.
