Pasul 1. Tocati ficateii in bucati potrivite si puneti-i intr-un castron mare.

Pasul 8. Taiati marunt ceapa verde si mararul.

Pasul 9. Adaugati ceapa si ciupercile calite cu tot cu ulei, verdeturile maruntite, ouale si amidonul in bolul cu ficatei. Asezonati toate ingredientele cu sare si piper si amestecati.

Pasul 10. Puneti ouale crude, smantana si putina sare intr-un bol si amestecati cu telul pana la omogenizare. Adaugati apoi faina cernuta si amestecati foarte bine .
