Ingrediente necesare :
- Carne tocata de porc 500 g
- Carne tocata de vita 500 g
- Marar 1 legatura
- Patrunjel 2 legaturi
- Cartof 2 buc
- Oua 4 buc
- Ceapa 2 buc
- Paine alba miez 6-7 felii
- Usturoi 4-5 catei
- Lapte 120 ml
- Unt 100 g
- Cimbru uscat 1 lingurita
- Sare si piper
- Pesmet 200 g pentru tavalit
- Ulei pentru prajit

Mod de preparare:
Pasul 1. Intr-o tigaie inabusiti cateva minute in unt ceapa tocata marunt. Nu trebuie sa se rumeneasca.

Pasul 2. Miezul de paine se inmoaie in lapte.

Pasul 3. Cartofii se curata si se dau pe razatoarea fina. Scurgeti-i apoi bine de apa.

Pasul 4. Intr-un castron mare puneti carnea, ceapa inabusita, cartoful ras, painea inmuiata, ouale, 100 g de unt, usturoiul zdrobit sau dat prin presa, patrunjelul si mararul tocate marunt, 1 lingurita de cimbru, sare si piper.

Pasul 5. Amestecati foarte bine compozitia pana se omogenizeaza. Lasati 30 minute la frigider.

Pasul 6. Luati o cantitate mica de carne, tavaliti bine prin pesmet si formati parjoale ovale de aproximativ 1 cm grosime.

Pasul 7. Prajiti pe ambele parti in ulei sau unt la foc mic spre mediu.
