Ingrediente piept de pui in sos alb cu lamaie:
- 2 buc piept de pui dezosat(aproximativ 500g)
- Sare 1 lingurita
- Piper negru 1 lingurita
- Ulei de masline 30ml
- Usturoi 2 catei
- Supa concentrata de pui 500 ml
- Lamaie
- Unt 25g
- Faina 30 g
- Patrunjel verde

Mod de preparare. Pasul 1. Bucatile de pui curatate se cresteaza pe o parte sub forma de fagure ca in imaginile de mai jos.

Pasul 2. Se condimenteaza pe ambele parti cu sare si piper (dupa gust, se pot adauga si alte condimente).

Pasul 3. Intr-o tigaie se toarna uleiul de masline.

Pasul 4. Se pun bucatile de pui la prajit. Se intorc pe ambele parti astfel incat sa fie frumos rumenite.

Pasul 5. Se adauga 2 catei de usturoi pisati si 250 ml de supa de pui.

Pasul 6. Se stoarce sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie, se acopera un capac si se lasa la inabusit.

Pasul 7. Cand pieptul este patruns( cand a scazut amestecul in care a fiert) se scoate pe o farfurie.

Pasul 8. In sosul ramas, se adauga untul si se amesteca pana se topeste.

Pasul 9. Se adauga faina in ploaie.

Pasul 10. Peste sosul alb de faina se adauga 250 ml de supa de pui ( treptat) si se amesteca foarte bine ca sa nu ramana cocoloase.

Pasul 11. Se pun in sos bucatile de pui si se mai lasa pe foc circa 5 minute.

Pasul 12. Se presara deasupra cu patrunjel verde tocat.

Pasul 13. Se serveste cald cu mamaliguta sau paine prajita dupa preferinte.
