Ingrediente:
- Cascaval afumat ras 500 g
- Oua 2 buc
- Faina 100 g
- Praf de copt 5 g
- Sare si piper
- Marar 1 legatura
- Mozarella(sau cascaval)
- Sunca
- Ulei pentru prăjit

Pasul 2. Intr-un castron amestecati cascavalul ras, ouale, faina, praful de copt, mararul tocat marunt, sare si piper.

Pasul 3. Taiati cubulete mici sunca si mozarella(sau cascaval). Formati mici bile din aluatul obtinut.

Pasul 4. Le puteti lasa simple sau le puteti umple cu sunca si mozarella(sau cascaval).

Pasul 5. Intr-o tigaie inalta sau o cratita incingeti uleiul si puneti buletele la prajit.

Pasul 6. Lasati sa se prajeasca pana se rumenesc frumos si devin aurii. Scoateti pe o farfurie in care ati pus hartie absorbanta. Serviti calde sau reci.
