Ingrediente:
- Foi fine de placinta – 250 grame
- Branza dulce de vaci – 600 de grame
- Iaurt gras (grecesc) – 600 de grame
- Oua – 4 buc
- Zahar – 200 de grame
- Stafide – 150 de grame
- Unt topit – 150 de grame
- Esenta de vanilie – 1 lingurita
- Zeama de lamaie – 1 lingura

Modalitate de preparare. Pasul 1. Intr un bol incapator amestecati cu un tel ouale si 200 g zahar.

Pasul 2. Dupa ce s-a topit zaharul adaugati 600 g branza, 600 g iaurt, 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie si 1 lingura de zeama de lamaie.

Pasul 3. Amestecati cu telul pana se omogenizeaza compozitia.

Pasul 4. Ungeti cu unt topit o tava pentru cuptor ( 30 x 20 x 7 cm).

Pasul 5. Asezati prima foaie de placinta ca in imaginea de mai jos.

Pasul 6. Ungeti bine cu unt topit flosind o pensula de bucatarie.

Pasul 7. Asezati a doua foaie si ungeti cu unt. Turnati doua polonice de compozitie si uniformizati.

Pasul 9. Repetati procesul de 6 ori. Intre straturile de crema puneti cate o foaie de placinta.

*** Doar primul si ultimul strat au cate 2 foi fara crema intre ele.
Pasul 10. Bagi la cuptorul preincalzit pentru 1 ora la 175 grade.

Pasul 11. Scoateti placinta si lasati-o minim 2-3 ore sa se raceasca.
Pasul 12. Taiati placinta cu branza dulce in bucati potrivite ca in imaginea de mai jos.
