Ingrediente :
- 2 cepe
- 150g cascaval afumat
- 350g ciuperci
- Ulei vegetal
- 750 g carne tocata
- 100ml apa
- Sare
- Piper
- 1/2 legatura marar verde
- 3 oua
- Foietaj
- 1 galbenus de ou
- 3 linguri de smantana

Pasul 1. Taiem ceapa solzi.

Pasul 6. Acoperim tigaia cu un capac si lasam pe foc pentru aproximativ 2 minute la foc mediu.

Pasul 7. Adaugam carnea tocata si amestecam compozitia.

Pasul 8. Adaugam apa si acoperim cu un capac, lasand pe foc sa fiarba.

Pasul 9. Cand fierbe, condimentam cu sare, piper si adaugam mararul tocat.

Pasul 10. Amestecam compozitia si mai lasam pe foc, pentru aproximativ 5 minute la foc mediu.

Pasul 11. Ridicati capacul si mai lasati sa fiarba pana scade apa.
Pasul 12. Cand apa a scazut, adaugati cascavalul ras si amestecati.

Pasul 13. Luati tigaia de pe foc si lasati compozitia sa se raceasca.
Pasul 14. In compozitia de carne racita, adaugati 3 oua batute si omogenizati compozitia.

Pasul 15. Intr-o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt, intindeti aluatul de foietaj.

Pasul 19. Amestecati galbenusul de ou cu 3 linguri de smantana si ungeti placinta cu ajutorul unei pensule.

Pasul 20. Dati tava la cuptor la 180 de grade pentru aproximativ 40 de minute.
