Ingrediente :
- 1 dovlecel
- Sare
- 3 oua
- 150g faina alba
- 150g pesmet
- ulei vegetal
- 150g iaurt grecesc
- 2 linguri ulei de masline
- 4 catei de usturoi
- Zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie

Pasul 1. Taiem dovlecelul rondele potrivit de groase .

Pasul 2. Punem rondelele intr-o sita, le saram si le lasam la scurs .

Pasul 3. Batem ouale ca pentru omleta .
Pasul 4. Introducem fiecare rondea in faina, apoi in ou si apoi o dam prin pesmet.

Pasul 5. Intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins, asezam rondelele pregatite.

Pasul 7. Scoatem rondelele pe un platou .
Pasul 8. Intr-un bol punem iaurtul, uleiul de masline, zeama de lamaie, usturoiul pisat sau razuit .

Pasul 9. Condimentam cu sare si piper si amestecam pentru a se incorpora .
